JBS Australia, Beef City Site is currently recruiting for all production positions throughout the Beef City Processing Plant. Beef City is located 35 km west of Toowoomba in the region of Darling Downs, QLD.

Positions are fulltime, Monday to Friday with optional overtime on Saturday where available. Our pay and conditions are amongst the best in the industry. There are two shift options for Boning Room and Kill Floor, and three shift options for Cold Stores.

Responsibilities:

Conducting highly physical work to JBS Standards.
To adhere to Safety and Quality procedures.
To work effectively within a team environment.
Ensuring you have reliable transport.
Criteria:

Packers, Labourers and Knife hand positions are the entry level positions, however previous experience would be an advantage.
Cold stores labourer positions are entry level; however a forklift ticket and/or previous experience within load out/cold stores will be an advantage.
Once qualified in the above positions, the opportunity may arise for you to become a boner, slicer or slaughterman.
Q-fever testing / Vaccination if required is a mandatory requirement of all JBS Australia Beef City employees.
Good communication skills are essential.
Must have a professional work attitude.
Shift hours are as follows;
Day Shift approximately 5am to 2:30pm.
Afternoon Shift approximately 2pm to 11pm.
Night shift approximately 8:30pm to 5a
