Job Summary: Perth WA $160,000 a year

Job Details: Our client is a leading East coast building group who have secured over $4.0 bil of work which will run through to 2023.

Due to this growth they have an immediate requirement for 3 x foreman to work on a major Sydney project.

You will be part of a highly qualified team to help deliver this large $300mil high-rise project.

Reporting to the Area Project Manager and Site Manager, you will be expected to hit the ground running and keep up with the programming and scheduling of the project.

You will lead and push the teams on site and will be responsible for keeping up with the schedule of the finishes program.

Duties and responsibilities include
Take the lead role in the day-to-day management of on-site safety, including monitoring of site safety
Run the on-site budget and business processes relating to labour, overtime, small tools and hire equipment.
Manage the day-to-day site activity in-accordance with the programme and comply with business systems Manage the day-to-day activity of subcontractors and site labour to the project plan and project documentation
Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on-site meetings.
Consistently achieve and assist sub-contractors in their obligations to meet a high quality of workmanship

Skills and Experience Required
Trade background - Carpenter
Have major Finishes experience
High Rise Residential experience
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Finishes Foreman on large scale projects
Have excellent people management skills
Strong leadership skills
Be a team player
