We are looking for people to join CPC with a proactive, positive and can-do attitude and contribute to an industry that's the cornerstone of our country's economy. You will embrace the chance to learn and grow with CPC with your key duties and tasks:

General upkeep, tidiness and maintenance of the station complex
Mowing vast lawn areas with ride on mower
Pruning, hedging, brush cutting, planting, litter and leaf removal (using powered and unpowered tools)
Undertake basic plumbing, carpentry and painting and routine repairs
Maintain station bore for garden watering
Watering of lawns and plants (through automated watering systems and non automated sprinkler systems)
Identification and treatment of weeds, pests and diseases
Landscaping and planting, along with propagation from time to time
Identify, report and perform reactive maintenance
Unloading weekly supply truck and verifying goods received
What you will need

A genuine interest in working and living on a remote cattle station and a passion for gardening in a sub tropical climate
Previous experience as a gardener or handyperson (or similar)
Experience with power equipment, tools and machinery (and the use of PPE)
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
An unrestricted current drivers licence (manual)
Home Gardeners or Home Handypersons wanting to experience life in the outback are welcome to apply for this role as training will be offered.

Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding job that includes both indoor and outdoor work in all types of weather and temperature environments.

This job can be physically strenuous (demanding) from time to time. You will be expected to be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, lift, grip, grasp, push and pull various tools and equipment. You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull from 5 - 10 kilo's and occasionally more. This job will require the ability to ascend/descend ladders.
