Job Summary: We are seeking FIVE farm labourers for picking citrus fruits (lemons and grapefruit) in Katherine, NT (300kms south of Darwin).
Job Details:It will be hot, hard work outdoors so we only want people who are up for the challenge! You should have a very good level of physically fitness and be able to work outdoors in hot and humid conditions - typically 35'c. You must have a good level of spoken English to communicate with your team and follow instructions to get the job done. Preference will be given to applicants who have already done some labouring or farm work in Australia.
Work will start daily at 7.30am with lunch break (30 mins) and smoko's (15 mins each). There will be at least 30 hours per week available depending on the weather conditions.
Own transport is advantagous to drive to the farm (20kms from the town centre) car share / transport can be provided. Accommodation may be provided however there are also plenty of options in the town nearby.
This job does count for visa extension for 417 and 462 visa holders!
