Job Details: With new projects kicking off, the need has arisen for a Finishes Foreman to lead a team of trades on a boutique apartment project.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Drive the programme and trades to achieve project completion on time
Co-ordination of suppliers and contractors to ensure jobs flow seamlessly
Ensuring all work conforms to applicable specifications
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with sub-contractors
Knowledge of and adherence to Workplace Health & Safety requirements
Work closely with Site Manager to achieve best outcomes.

As the Finishes Foreman, you will lead a team in the delivery of innovative projects through your technical knowledge of residential and commercial building. Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
