THE AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITIES:
They are looking for an Established Supervisor / Foreman as well as a Junior Supervisor to join their team for different projects.
As an established foreman you will be working on a well-resourced commercial site for one of the company's long-standing repeat clients.
The junior position will see you working on a smaller-scale, albeit complex, site underneath a site-based PM. You will received training/professional development and solid experience to really forge your career in site management.
DUTIES:
Site-Based Project Coordination
Supervise work to ensure they are completed to a quality standard
Have involvement in Site Programming
Liaise with all trades
Represent the Business, on site, to a high-standard
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
Trade Qualifications in Carpentry, Joinery or Gyprocking are highly regarded
Additional Qualifications in Building / Construction are ideal but not essential
Existing Foreman / Supervisor experience for the established role
General trade, maintenance, facilities or 'handyman' experience for the junior role.
Practical Construction Knowledge
