The Role

This full-time role would best suit an experience phone sales consultant who is seeking more out of their career. This role is for the person who has the desire for a huge earning potential. If you’re looking to be challenged and rewarded for your hard work, then this role is for you. You will be joining a high performing sales team surrounded by some of the best training providers and supportive managers the industry has to offer.

A typical day will see you:

Action inbound warm web leads, no cold calling!
Assisting your clients and customers by a tailored finance quote.
Liaising with lenders, banks and other financial service providers.
Manage the application process from acceptance to settlement.
Review and prepare applications to meet financier requirements.
Maintain and develop client relationships, identifying future finance and insurance opportunities.

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will have previous phone sales experience, and closed deals over the phone.

Additionally, you will have:

Strong sales ability, and the ability to negotiate.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience reaching and ideally exceeding both individual and team based KPIs in a sales or customer service role (either over the phone or face to face).
Previous experience in the financial services or automotive sales sector will be highly regarded.
Excellent time management skills; the ability to multi-task, prioritise and delegate.
An eye for detail to ensure we are meeting our lending obligations.
Self-motivated attitude with a passion for success.
