Job Details: Accountabilities include: • Develop and maintain productive working relationships and partnerships across a range of stakeholder groups.• Contribute as an active team member to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance unit.• Provide support to the Finance unit and business areas through an understanding of business requirements and proactive provision of financial services to support business priorities.• Proactively support the delivery of financial planning, budgeting, financial management and financial system solutions in support of business areas.• Provide financial skills and knowledge to support the following services provided by the Finance unit: - Budget coordination and reporting - Financial performance and sustainability. Financial performance reporting, financial analysis and advice, financial pressures/risks and financial projections - Camera Detected Offence Program fund management - Financial compliance requirement - Asset accounting, analysis and advice - Costing analysis - Financial administration - Procurement assistance - Emergency cost recovery coordination and assistance• Support the continual improvement of financial management practices and procedures employed across the business areas, including effective communication and support to ensure strong governance and accountability• Prepare accurate and timely financial and budget information for monthly, quarterly and end of year reportingFor more information of the role, please contact Ray Hill, Manager (Finance) on 3066 3096.
