Job Summary:
This exciting role will provide you a rare opportunity to work as a Site Finance Manager for a large, successful and complex manufacturing business. The large, national business has a strong customer base and can demonstrate not only stability but growth in their operations.
Job Details:
This role will be working closely to support senior management including the General Manager and Commercial Manager. This role represents a prime opportunity if you are driven, proactive, commercially astute and able to understand the key drivers in a business.
The Position:
You will be able to use your business partnering, financial accounting, commercial and analysis skills to improve on the overall running and performance of the business while also working to improve on the depth and quality of reporting. You will be responsible for all the site based financial and management reporting including CAPEX reporting, as well as budgeting and forecasting. You will also be analysing costs and various KPIs to drive efficiencies. This role will require you to lead and mentor a small team.

This role is varied so it will provide you with diversity. You will also have full accountability for all site based reporting activities and will get to broaden your commercial exposure and analysis skills. You will really be able to grow and develop this role based on the experience you can bring to the business.
Your Profile:
To be a serious contender for this position, you will need to able to demonstrate extensive financial and management accounting experience with a passion for adding value to the operational side of the business. Your will have extremely strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build extremely close working relationships with non-financial people, including engineers. Ideally you will have worked on large ERP systems, preferably SAP. Your previous experiences need to be of transferable value, such as coming from a strong manufacturing background with experience around inventory, costings, etc.
