The Opportunity

As a public listed company on the ASX, our client is a market leader providing top quality products, innovation and design, within the medical industry.

Based in the North Shore, you will be heading up the finance function for the Asia-Pacific region and reporting directly to the Global Finance Director.

Responsible for:

Ensuring financial accounting, financial controls and statutory reporting are maintained to the highest standard
Ta and compliance requirements are maintained within Australian legal standards
Providing high value risk management and mitigation recommendation to senior leadership
Supporting the audit process, ensuring any queries are answered relating to the APAC region
Producing forecasts, budgets, as well as commentary on the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
Ensure budgets are tracking positively, reviewing CAPEX/OPEX requests
Lead all finance and IT related projects, with the goal to improve efficiencies within the APAC region
As a leader in the organisation, you will assume a wide range of responsibilities, with an epectation that you will go above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome is achieved.

Your Profile

Ideally you will be qualified with a CA, CPA, CMA or MBA, and have a passion for continual development to ensure your knowledge is up to date. Eposure to FMCG with production would be highly regarded. Previous eperience using NetSuite would be ideal.
