Job Details: A permanent opportunity for a Breakfast Chef/Night Time Supervisor to join a company on 2:1 ongoing roster.

Your new company This family owned client has been established as one of the renowned quality providers of catering and support services to the remote mining industry where they pride themselves on their customer service and providing the best experience possible for the residents.

Your new role
You will be required to work continuous night shifts and be responsible for a small team and you must possess a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent). These are bulk catering positions, 2 weeks on 1 week off ongoing rosters, working 10-12 hours per day.

What you'll need to succeed

Must be Trade Qualified with Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
HACCP knowledge and certification would be advantageous
Experience in ensuring food and services are provided within budget and procedural guidelines as specified in the scope of works.
Must have a current National Police Clearance (valid within 12 months)
Be able to pass a medical with a fitness assessment and regular drug and alcohol tests
Manual WA Driving licence
White Card
Located in Perth, WA
