Job Summary: As Farm Hand, you will maintain Our farm ,which has plantings of wine, table and dried grape varieties, small plantings of avocados and olives, plus temperate nuts, including almonds and pistachios. You will largely focus on the maintenance, irrigation and harvesting of these plantings, plus associated facilities, equipment, and co-ordination of contractors. The role involves – undertaking day-to-day farm activities; operating and maintaining farming equipment; liaising with managers regarding task scheduling, technical support, training and farm improvement; and maintaining accurate farm management records.
