Job Details: PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
Answer questions and make recommendations on food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services
Prepare cold and hot beverages to O&B standards
Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system
Monitor food quality and presentation standards
Ensure guests are satisfied with their food and service
Respond promptly and courteously to any guest request or concern
Monitor the cleanliness of grab & go area and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing grab & go products
Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely
Follow all food safety standards and systems
Other duties as assigned or required
