Job Details:About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, as Executive Manager Regional Delivery you will be responsible for driving the implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of the organisation’s / industry’s adoption strategy. This will involve managing the collaborative development of regional and industry investment strategies. These will be underpinned by regional annual operating plans and ongoing consultation and consensus with industry based adoption advisory committees. You will initiate and manage two streams of investments, the first being the core funded adoption activities and the second being a leveraged industry adoption fund, where all adoption strategies / projects are consistently designed and evaluated.
About the Person
To be considered for this newly created appointment you will possess significant knowledge and experience in either training, communications or extension principles within a reputable agricultural provider. You will have a track record of successfully managing and executing complex projects and measuring returns achieved on project investments. Your natural ability to build strong relationships, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and current knowledge of electronic, web-based and social media communication channels will be key to your success. A tertiary qualification in Education, Marketing, Project Management or a Science or Agricultural related field is considered essential.
