Job Summary: This role is Monday through to Friday (9am until 6pm) Cecconis is closed over the Christmas/New Year Period as well as public holidays On occasion we may require alternate hours when dictated by a special event.
Job Details: In this key role you will be responsible for driving event sales, working closely with our restaurant management team to achieve maximum optimisation as well as performing basic assistant duties for the owners and head chef.
