Job Summary: An exciting opportunity exists within Student Village Melbourne, for an Evening Duty Manager, reporting to the Village Manager. This role will be on a part time basis. We are looking for a responsible person who is customer service focused and safety & security minded. You would need to be available to work Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 3pm-11pm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has at least 2 years' experience in providing hands on operational security and incident management in a pastoral care environment (e.g. nursing home, hospital, student accommodation, and higher education/university sector).

Job Details: Key Duties

Dealing with Resident enquiries;
Undertaking general security functions by maintaining the agreed standard for safety and security for all Residents;
Provide consistent high quality customer service to both internal and external customers to the prescribed service standards;
Actively manage security and safety within the premises to the prescribed standard operating procedures;
Respond to and assist in critical matters in a timely fashion;
Investigate, create & publish accurate reports for related events;
Pastoral care of residents as required
