Your new role
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you'll be responsible for developing comprehensive tender packages for submission to clients. This includes:

Measuring the project
Developing bill of quantities
Sourcing and reviewing quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers
Working with Project Managers to develop programs and schedules
Submitting final tender and assisting in negotiations where necessary

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you'll have a degree qualification in construction management and/or equivalent experience in a similar estimating role, pricing commercial building projects up to $10M.

You'll have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure that scopes and pricing meet the requirement of the tender.
