Job Summary: Estimator required to join this established commercial builder on the Central Coast

Job Details: Your new company
This organisation is one of the Central Coast's most recognised and respected builders, delivering a wide variety of commercial building projects for clients across the health, education, industrial and aged care sectors. These are valued between $2M-$30M and present excellent opportunities for experienced professionals with commercial building backgrounds to challenge themselves. They are now seeking an Estimator to join their team and are open to highly experienced candidates or those with a few years' experience, looking to take the next step in their careers.

Your new role
As the Estimator you will be responsible for:

Estimating commercial projects up to $30M
Develop scopes of work to be issued to sub-contractors, ensuring they can meet programme time frames and deliver quality work for the business
Engaging with sub-contractors to develop pricing schedules for current and future project needs
Developing final proposals for internal review and submission to the client
Presentation of estimate to the client, as required

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you'll have:

Degree qualifications in construction management or equivalent experience in a similar role
Demonstrated estimating experience
Outstanding attention to detail, communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
