Job Summary: PARKER HANNIFIN is Australia’s only single source supplier of fluid power and fluid connector products. We currently have a fantastic entry level position available for a Counterhand at our ENZED Store in Rocklea.

Job Details: Reporting to the ENZED Service Centre Manager, you will have the opportunity to multi-skill and be involved with the following duties:

Completion of works orders in relation to hose assemblies
Ensure all hose assembly activities are undertaken in a professional manner
Develop and support customer relationships between Parker and its customers
Ensure all activities comply with relevant acts and regulations and with professional ethical standards
Provide premier customer service at all times

Qualifications/Education/Skills:

High mechanical aptitude
Mechanical Engineering Trade preferred but not essential
Knowledge of Hydraulic components would be an advantage but not essential
Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications
Ability to work with minimal supervision, plan and organise daily tasks efficiently and accurately in order to achieve the objectives of the position
Hold a current driver’s license
Experience:

Exposure to hose assembly in both the Industrial & Hydraulic hose markets preferred but not essential
Previous customer service experience
