Key Responsibilities
Develops sales through existing and new customers by giving them technical advice on our EMS product.
Develops sales opportunities by researching potential accounts; approaching new accounts, building rapport, preparing quotation and providing technical information.
Negotiating prices and terms and conditions and closing deals.
Assesses competitors by analyzing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
Maintains communication by visiting regular and prospective client’s businesses, suggesting related and new items.
Supports the delivery of quality results by following company rules, values and guidelines.
Follow up equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
Keeps product knowledge up to date by studying and participating in ongoing training
Closes new accounts by answering telephone, e-mails and enquiries.
Goods delivery, training and setting up the system. Communicates expected dates of delivery.
Ensure client’s satisfaction with goods and services purchased, and resolving any problem arising.
Prepares sales reports and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in science, physical or sports science or equivalent
At least 3 years Sales experience in EMS fitness products.
2-years experience working in a capacity for or with a distributor of EMS products.
Holder of EMS Master license Certificate.
Willingness to travel interstate in Australia.
Valid driver’s license.
