Job Summary: The Role You will be providing support to Eligibility Officers dealing with WorkCover claims, coordinating and resolving low risk claims in CGU’s Victorian Workers’ Compensation business.

Job Details: Key Responsibilities:

Support Eligibility Officers dealing with high risk claims by performing administrative duties and claims activities upon request
Assess, manage and resolve all minor and low risk claims in CGU’s Victorian Workers Compensation business and communicate assessment outcomes to employers and workers as required.
Respond to new claim enquiries from customers (e.g. employers, injured workers) in a timely manner
Performing other new claims administration duties, complying with WorkSafe data integrity regulations and ensuring competition of all assigned actions on new claims
Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A proven ability to work autonomously or in a team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Intermediate computer skills
Capability to negotiate competing priorities, deadlines and resources in a busy and fast paced environment
