Job Summary: Brisbane QLD Part-time IPA has a strong history partnering with local real estate/property management organisations and at present our team are recruiting for a part time Digital Marketing, Communications and CRM Specialist based in the inner south of Brisbane for an immediate start! The role is focused on making our client a leader in the property management space by growing, connecting with, engaging and converting its customer base across digital platforms.

Job Details: Key responsibilities include:
Take ownership of the existing digital marketing infrastructure, plan and execute all digital marketing activity - including website, email & social media channels.
Content Management - Develop and implement a social media strategy and work with internal and external resources to create and optimise engaging cross-channel content
Manage the digital marketing budget, measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and other KPIs)
Develop the execution of Marketing Automation campaigns
Manage and optimise the email marketing campaigns
Improve efficiencies in lead management through the customer life-cycle
Integrating the CRM with the marketing platforms to provide a 360 view of the customer base
Having an appropriate degree in Marketing, Communications or similar coupled with experience within communications, you will demonstrate your outstanding experience including:
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Proven previous success developing, implementing and driving CRM strategy
Experience with Agentbox CRM preferred (or similar)
Exceptional time management
The ability to decision make and problem solve
Ability to work autonomously
