Job Summary:
Role Title: Digital Campaign Manager / Creative Strategist
Regions covered: APJ regional role, with major focus on Japan, Australia and India
Location- Sydney
Duration of contract: 12 months fixed term contract (potential to go perm)
Rates: $50-$70 per hour incl Super

Especially focusing on the Japanese & Australian markets, this opportunity gives a Creative Strategist the support of a large, market leading global corporation with the innovative thinking & agility of a start-up!
This is a golden opportunity for a Creative Strategist who will dive into our impressive data, get into the heads of our customers, design strategy & construct messaging for how that strategy will be delivered; test your strategy, produce the content around that campaign and work with our external agencies + internal channel teams to enhance customer conversion.
We are inviting an execution focused Campaign Manager to create beautiful campaigns that speak to our Customer base with a human touch.
What you will be doing:
Design strategy & develop compelling local storytelling messaging
Guide optimizations and design to capitalize on opportunities in Japan
Create content that you can communicate through to our many digital & offline channels
Increase conversion rate optimization through customer centric web design insight and improved copy
Develop new content that leverages SEO strategies to increase traffic
Leads effort to develop new regional campaign concepts that will capitalize on local seasonal trends as well unlock growth from new audiences/categories
Leverage our External Agency (design, graphics, brand etc.) + Internal Agency (data, channels etc.) relationships
You will have high autonomy & be accountable for the campaign you have created
This role will focus on increasing speed and effectiveness to market, especially for our Japan market
What you’ll bring to the team:
Must have strong Japanese skills (especially written/reading more so than spoken skills)
Clear demonstration that you have developed, designed & been accountable for concepts on your own
Exposure to Japanese AND/OR Australian AND/OR Indian B2C markets
B2C Campaign Management & Creation Experience
Strong Performance, sales orientated & Customer-centric focus
Strong testing skills
