The successful candidate will in charge of the Digital development (Apps, games, websites, augmented reality, chatbots etc) - Social (retainers, comms, content, monthly management, paid, content) as well as a little earned This role will cover - Consumer Clients / Digital Dev - Social / Retainers and Travel / Hotels- Key focus to grow this area
Job Details:Job -Oversee, design, drive and sell (no implementation) of the digital and social campaign strategy for clients, including overseeing and ensuring the delivery of the revenue targets, fee increase, client retention and client up-sell
Developing leads and identifying potential new clients in complementary areas of business. Act as a key player in new business pitches, with confident presentation skills and the ability to coach clients effectively.Work with the agencies senior specialists to deliver and execute innovative and creative client strategies that are fully integrated.
Ensure excellent client servicing levels to retain and develop existing client business. Have a passion for generating outstanding client service and creating strong commercial relationships.Grasp internal sales systems, financial targets and help achieve the Group target.Deliver campaigns to a high level resulting in organic growth and project sell-in from existing clients
Be at the forefront of industry innovation, educating both staff and clients alike.
Ensure strong internal communication and develop a positive, motivated team working together in synergy, recognizing each individual’s qualities and skills.

Manage account profitability and deliver against operational targets – understand and communicate financial guidelines to team members to ensure profitability of the account and avoidance of over-servicing and increasing 3rd party costs. Create and present Marketing and Social plans/proposals for ongoing programs and projects. Possess a broad awareness of the marketing mix. Be able to grasp business issues outside of own area of expertise.
