The role
We have a newly created Digital Analyst role responsible for bringing insights to business decisions using data across all digital touchpoints including owned channels (websites and Mobile apps) and paid channels (Search, Display, Social and CRM). More specifically, you will:
Support the Cross-Channel Marketing Manager with data insights to power holistic digital marketing plans
Assess channel and campaign performance in GA360 and using Omniture to validate results for both SEEK and Jora brands,
Using App Annie and Hitwise to understand visit and app performance, and validate with Omniture data, via product teams
Take responsibility for visit lead and loyalty steering committee reporting
Undertake attribution modeling to optimize activity
Create a robust testing program – develop, execute and assess testing program across media, creative, audience.
Develop a data-driven framework for metrics and KPI’s to be used on campaigns based on objectives
