Job Summary: Melbourne VIC Contemporary Sustainable Dwellings Initiate Design, Total Design Freedom Above Market Salary Package

Job Details: Our client has a large following due to their ability to design and deliver contemporary single residences on time and budget while maintaining a sustainable approach. Due to significant growth within the sustainable residential sector, our client is keen to permanently appoint a DESIGN ARCHITECT to work with their high profile clientele.

Our client is seeking a Design focused Architect who has demonstrated experience in initiating residential developments and producing town planning packages for council submission.

We see this individual having at least six years of local industry experience, coupled with a strong track record of designing local residential developments. From a software perspective, our client uses a combination of AutoCAD, REVIT & SketchUp. As this client values sustainability, naturally, you will have an inherent interest in sustainable architecture.
