About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Department Coordinator to join our team supporting campaigns in the real estate industry. This role will suit a person who enjoys a dynamic, deadline-driven environment and has excellent PC skills. You will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support for the Agency team in our Adelaide office and with the state department heads.
This role will suit someone who likes a fast-paced environment and has an excellent eye for detail.
You will be responsible for;
Preparing Sales and Leasing campaigns (including organising marketing quotes, drafting signboards, creating & placing ads)
Design and implementation of E-marketing processes, and coordination of mail outs
Draft, review and prepare correspondence, presentations and other documentation
Maintaining property websites
Managing the Client Relationship Management database
Preparing property submissions (including formatting, inserting pictures etc.) lease proposals and e-brochures using Indesign and custom-made templates in MS Word and Publisher
Liaising with conveyancers and brokers for. the duration of property sale and finalising settlement
Receipting deposits received and organising transfers of monies with the Trust accounts department
Preparing and update Agent Profile documents
Creating presentations
Coordinate team meetings including circulating invitations, preparing agendas and taking minutes
General administrative support to the team including reception cover
About You:
To be successful in this position you must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role. Your skills and attributes will include:
Experience in the Property Industry, ideal
Intermediate Indesign a must!
Advanced MS Office
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and the ability to take ownership of your work
Client-focused and responsive
Strong attention to detail; and
Ability to build strong relationships with both external clients and internal staff.
With your proactive approach and resilient, flexible attitude, you will be comfortable managing multiple deadlines and contributing to the success of the team.
