Job Details:• Delivering exceptional customer service for all customers and suppliers
• Resolving claims in the most cost effective and time efficient manner
• Managing up to 60 inbound / outbound calls per day
• Completing numerous email based claims
• Contributing to individual and team based KPI’s
• Coordinating administrative duties in between calls and emails
• Resolving customer complaints and/or objections
• Ensuring compliance to all regulatory requirements
• RG146 certificate or related experience
