Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to lead the internal and external customer service / sales team and do whatever is necessary to achieve the customer satisfaction, sales and gross profit targets set for the company while building relationships with new and existing customers.

Job Details: Reporting directly to the Sales Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

Develop and review our customer service / sales policies, programs and procedures in conjunction with the Sales Manager
Co-ordinate and improve the activities of the Customer Service / Sales Department - the trade counter / online customer service and sales / external sales
Develop and present sales forecasts for the company in conjunction with the Sales Manager
Monitor the sales performance of the business and take the necessary steps to ensure that targets are met or exceeded - sales $ and gross profit $ and customer satisfaction
