Job Details:
Key Accountabilities:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving customer mobile service issues
- Handling customer escalations
- Monitor support tickets/emails/faults and co-ordinate local/offshore resources
- General office administration and support
Essential Experience:
- Min 2 years experience in a high-volume customer service role
- Ideally experience in the Telecommunications Industry
- Helpdesk/Call Centre experience would be ideal
- Proven ability to solve customer problems
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
