Role Purpose:
It’s an exciting time to be joining WorldFirst Marketing team. We are developing market changing products and have recently migrated to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to integrate and complement our Sales Cloud central CRM. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and global CRM team, you’ll support them through the funnel from lead form and lead capture through to referral, activation and retention programmes – plus have amazing tech and partners to support and enhance your endeavours. What you’ll do:
Contribute to the creation and delivery of CRM marketing email campaigns for the Australia/New Zealand and South East Asia markets. Working with the Head of Marketing and the global CMR team to plan, build and execute and campaigns.
Providing continual optimization and automation through data analysis, testing and reporting.
Create, test and optimize email-marketing templates.
Build and manage Journeys.
Segmenting of the CRM to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers.
Post campaign analysis, with recommendations for future projects communication to stakeholders to help drive our ROI.
Work with the digital acquisition team to funnel leads into our nurture programmes.
Assist with the management of the email database, segment creation for other teams as well.
Own customer feedback channels Trustpilot, Google Reviews, etc.
Create innovative campaigns focusing on conversions, retentions and referrals.
Some travel may be required for this role.
Who you are:
Degree qualified ideally in Marketing, IT or similar discipline
Proven track record of creation and delivery of successful CRM email marketing campaigns using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Marketo, Eloqua or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
SFMC experience is a big plus: Email Studio, Audience Builder, Journey Builder, Analytics, SMS module.
Building audience segmentation.
Experience in creating and optimising journeys.
AMP Script and SQL is desirable. Experience of Form Assembly desirable.
Understanding of HTML structure for editing of templates.
Comfortable writing and editing copy.
