Job Summary:
As the first senior creative hire for the company, the person will have a critical role in building out internal creative capabilities and processes for Mosh.
As the Creative Director at Mosh, you will focus on (responsibilities including but not limited to): Campaigns – end to end management of creative campaigns to support through the line business objectives and Creative direction for digital ads.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Creative Director will be a core contributor to the marketing team and play an active role in the growth of the business. This is a role in which you will have to roll your sleeves up and do the hard yard. And as the first senior creative hire for the company, the person will have a critical role in building out internal creative capabilities and processes for Mosh.
As the Creative Director at Mosh, you will focus on (responsibilities including but not limited to):
1. Campaigns – end to end management of creative campaigns to support through the line business objectives
In this position you’ll play a key role in developing and leading tactical campaigns of varying scale and nature. Working with the broader marketing team and key business stakeholders, you will align campaigns to deliver on specific business objectives. You’ll spearhead the end-to-end management of campaigns utilising internal resources and external partners when appropriate within the given budget and timeline.
You are a creative gun supercharging the ideation of brilliant creative campaign concepts. Ideas must be based on customer and market truths. Using your experience, you’ll provide the team with insights on industry trends and data points, performing and collecting market research, providing analytical thinking to creative challenges.
You will also lead the channel and partnership planning and development to amplify the idea in the most effective and efficient way. You will liaise closely with the performance digital team for paid digital channel planning and hustle your way into building close relationships with potential partners (brands, thought leaders, influencers, etc) for collaboration/amplification opportunities.
You will be responsible for the execution of the campaign to budge and timeline.
Creative direction for digital ads.
As a creative gun, you will help the performance digital team with creative recommendation and art direction. You will be mostly leveraging your existing work from #1 and #2 and translating the concepts to suit paid ads. You will be pulling in the right resources to manage production.
This role works closely with the Head of Marketing and is integral part of our content, brand and campaign management team.

- Ability to communicate with different people in a variety of situations, or express an idea to different audiences
- Minimum four years marketing experience (be it in house or agency!) with a history of working with one client, brand or company consistently
