Job Details: Jumbla has an amazing opportunity for a creative genius who has ambitions to take a young, exciting company to the next level. This creative director’s main focus will be on coming up with original, high-end and though-provoking concepts that test the boundaries of animation and motion graphics for pitch work and live client projects.
About You

You will have substantial experience working in the animation industry with a proven track record of winning new business through creative pitches and managing animation and motion graphics teams. We’re after someone with a strong grasp of the tools, who can also deal with clients and internal/external designers alike, and embodies a mindset that aligns with Jumbla’s core values.

2+ years’ experience as a creative director, senior animator or equivalent

Ability to win new business with creative pitches and concepts

Experience directing projects

Animation/motion design proficiency (with a strong grasp of the tools including Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and Maxon C4D)

Experience handling client meetings (pre-sale and during job meetings)

Experience leading a project team (creative/art/animation direction, briefing, quality control, time/budget control)

Experience managing people (hiring, training, performance management)

Confidence mentoring and training junior designers

Extensive industry knowledge
