About the role

Work closely with an established and experienced Partner in the corporate and commercial team with a range of clients/client industries and a range of corporate and commercial work, including initial public offerings, equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and wide range of general corporate and commercial work. You will be responsible for:

Working with clients on corporate and commercial matters across a variety of transactions and advisory situations
Reviewing developing case law and legislative changes
Drafting a broad range of documents that capture the context of the matter with a commercial approach
Conducting effective legal research and analysis to produce timely, commercial and legally accurate advice
Managing a robust workload, including prioritising work and delivering services effectively
Developing an understanding of client operations and strategy
Managing prospective client relationships and taking active steps to develop those relationships
Continual professional development and managing CPD requirements
