Job Summary: Brisbane QLD

Job Details: As part of our kitchen brigade, you will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen operations including cooking for a la carte, buffet and functions/banquets. You will ensure that dietary requirements, food standards and presentation are upheld, and that a clean and hygienic kitchen environment is maintained.
The ideal candidates will possess the following qualities:
Previous experience in a similar role
Hold appropriate trade qualifications
Possess sound knowledge of food hygiene practices and HACCP
The ability to work calmly under pressure
Possess a positive attitude and work well as part of the team
An eye for detail
Flexibility to work a 7 day rotational roster. Including week-ends and public
holidays
Be motivated to produce fantastic, quality food.
