Job Details: Requirement:

Working hours: between 6am - 2pm minimum 5 days a week.

Consistently achieve outstanding results and can clearly demonstrate that they are willing to listen and learn.

- Commercial Cookery Certificate or completed Apprenticeship
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the hotel industry/current food trends
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure

- Excellent time management skills
