Key Expectations:

Create a fun, energetic environment for our customers
Contribute to daily sales and KPI targets
Consistently practice exceptional customer service
Consistently perform to operational and merchandising standards
Partner with teammates on tasks processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities
Ensure product knowledge of footwear, apparel and accessories
Support superior standards around store cleanliness and store safety
Act in accordance with store policies and procedures at all times
Ideally you will be available to work casual shifts Thursday - Sunday (including evenings)

Essential Skills Attributes:

Experience in a retail environment
Strong selling techniques and experience delivering high-level customer service
Store opening/closing experience is preferred but not essential
Can maintain merchandising standards to maximise sales
Is a team player and leads by example
