Job Details:Focusing on the key areas of project start-ups, project hand overs, contract performance, contract negotiation, contract law, risk management & project planning.
Accurate progress claims created for submission & lodging claims/invoices in various client portals
Effective filing of contract and project documentation and communications
Managing the contracts from inception to completion including variations & subcontracts
Maintaining the WH&S Manuals for each project & preparing the completed manuals on closeout
