Job Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager and based at the Darwin Offshore Logistics Base, the Contract Administrator supports the Business Unit with a range of accounting, compliance and administrative functions.
Job Details:
- Vendor Purchasing, Reconciliation and payment
- Profit and Loss review and adjustment
- Liaison with Sub-Contractors to coordinate services when required
- Input Accounting/Vendor Data and collate supporting documentation to generate monthly pro forma Invoice
- Project Administration and Customer prequalification Duties as required
- Lead Month End closing process and reconciliation
- Lead Contract Reporting requirements - monthly operational and environmental performance, quarterly contract reviews and business performance as required
- Maintain Integrity and Accuracy of all related records - Operational, Human Resources and Compliance
- Ensure Employee Timesheets are transferred to Payroll weekly for processing
- Other Duties as assigned from time to time to support the Organisational Activities
