Job Details: About the Role

We currently have exciting opportunities for Sales and Service consultants to join our Business Insurance Direct contact centre team in Hurstville (Sydney) NSW starting beginning of January.
Working hours: Fulltime (37.5 hours per week) working Monday to Friday or Part Time (Flexible with days/hours but within Monday to Friday).
We support our customers by helping them to understand Business Insurance and assisting them to choose the right level of cover for the things they value most.
Key Responsibilities

As part of this Business Insurance team, you will use your conversational and problem-solving skills when speaking with new and existing customers to help them to ‘experience the difference’.
Up sell and cross sell insurance products by linking customer needs with product benefits relevant to our customers
Manage a high volume of inbound calls from new and existing customers while still providing exceptional customer service
Create a connection with your customer by being curious and asking relevant questions to understand their needs
Drive for results and ability to work towards targets, including sales KPIs
Demonstrate IAG values and behaviours as outlined above

Skills & Experience

The ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure and team-focused environment
Strong customer focus and ability to connect with customers
A proactive approach and resilience to overcome customer objections
An acumen for sales and confidence in being able to uncover customer needs
Experience working towards targets, including sales KPIs
The ability to multi task and confidently manage multiple technologies
