You will be working under a highly regarding Head of Department with lots of growth potential through ongoing training and development. Taking over part of a portfolio for the office, it is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years experience or looking for a jump up from a junior role.
Management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers.
Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers.
Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments.
Prospecting for new business.
Carrying out inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties.
To be considered you will have already attained your WA Property Management Registration or be undertaking the process. At least 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property Manager is required or ideally managing your own portfolio OR an experienced junior taking a step up. You will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your clients. With the ability to manage your time effectively skills you will also have a current driver’s license and a reliable car.
