Job Details: The Role:
This is a position working amongst a solid team of Property Managers. Working across an impressive portfolio of commercial and industrial properties you, you will be responsible for:

Landlord and Tenant liaison
Assisting in a task based portfolio
Organising up on building works and repairs
Lease renewals and negotiations
Calculating ingoings and outgoings
Budgeting and forecasting
Maintaining relevant registers
Monthly reporting
The Candidate:

Strong Commercial Property Management background
Certificate of registration
Valid driver’s licence
Ability to work in a systematic and organised way
