With the departure of their long-standing Senior Commercial Property Manager, there is an opportunity on offer for a savvy, experienced & career-focused Senior Commercial Property Manager to service their long-standing clientele while working as 2IC alongside the Head of Property Management.

The role:

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager who is looking for longevity, flexibility, and progression. Working alongside some of the most incredible hands-on Directors in a Property Management team of 5, you will be given incredible mentoring to ensure you reach career heights.

Duties will include:
Be the responsible person for managing over 100 properties
Act on behalf of owners to enhance and protect the value of their investment
Maintain an operational overview of the other members of the team
Be the main point of contact for owners in all respects for their property needs
Undertake property inspections regularly
Conduct market research for rent reviews and lease renewals
Coordinate the marketing of vacant premises for lease
Finalise negotiations for new terms of leases
Extract lease and financial information for new properties and leases and load the information into the lease management platform
Be prepared to work with the sales team to assist with the regular auction cycle and win new business
Have a sound capability to formulate policies and procedures to continually enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department
Essentials include:
At least five years experience in a property management or asset management role
Have a degree in property or land economics/business
Be methodical and thorough with an attention to detail
Know the operations and functionality of a property management software platform
Be confident with clients and have a good telephone manner
Understand Word, Excel, and modern property apps
Be familiar with commercial leases and contracts
Understand rents, yields, and outgoings budgets
