Job Summary: Brisbane QLD Our Client is a reputable & successful Commercial Real Estate Agency, who works across both the Commercial and Retail asset classes nationally. Based in Brisbane's CBD, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of predominately Retail Properties. This role would give you fantastic exposure to shopping centres providing a launch pad into the niche industry of Retail Property.

Job Details:
Select duties in this role you will manage the;

Handling of property repairs and maintenance
Inspections and rent arrears for the portfolio
Handling of all property enquiries
Building of sustainable relationships with landlords and tenants
Lease reviews
Processing of invoices
Financial reporting and budget monitoring
To be successful in this role you will have;
A proven ability to manage a diverse retail portfolio
A high level of customer service
An ability to work autonomously
A valid Agents Representative Certificate a MUST
An ability to work proactively and autonomously
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
