Job Details: Your new company
As Property Manager, you will join a private investment organisation with a growing, national portfolio. The company have been highly successful in maximising the performance of its properties and achieving high returns on developments. If you are looking for a professional, high-performing environment then this could be the role for you.

Your new role
As Property Manager, your focus will be lease management, arrears and operational management. You will look after tasks related to renewals, documentation, legislation, negotiation and advertising. Operational management will include maintaining a standard of presentation, repairs, occupational safety and health regulations, contractors, minor works, security measures, completion of maintenance and emergency procedures. You will be required to adhere closely to the Arrears Policy (including nil arrears before month end). You will have support with tasks related to finance and administration, allowing you to focus on tenant relationships.
The role is standard hours, Monday-Friday, however you will need to be on call 24 hours, 7 days a week in the event of an urgent emergency.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the position you will ideally have:
Previous experience managing a commercial portfolio (retail centres an advantage)
A relevant Real Estate license of registration
A professional work ethic
