Based out of the Hills District
Job Details:
Our client is one of the leading commercial property organisations in Sydney's Hills District. They have an impressive network of offices and a well-known, established brand. They are currently in growth mode and looking to add to a commercial property manager to their team.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Inspecting properties
Chasing arrears
Completing rent reviews
Undertaking lease renewals
Arranging repairs & maintenance
Completing outgoings reconciliations
Completing any Ad-Hoc duties
To be considered for the role:
A minimum of 12 months + commercial property management experience, alternatively, you may be an experienced residential property manager looking to transition across
A proactive approach with good initiative
Good time management & organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
This role is ideally suited to candidates with 12 months + commercial property management experience, it will be advantageous if you know / live locally to the Hills area. You will be working alongside a team of experienced operators, not only will you be able to learn off them first hand, they will provide you with ongoing support & training. The salary available is 75K - 85K + super (depending on experience).
