Job Details: Develop and co-ordinate all the reporting and analytical needs for Sales Develop insights on customers behaviour using customer data and reports Provide insights, analysis and reporting on various performance metrics Provide analytical support for sales performance, value, churn, market share, campaign performance and cost tacking Drive the budgeting and forecasting activities Manage OPEX and provide cost reporting Develop and automate reports to support day-to-day decision making for the broader sales team, including churn and sales pipeline
