Job Summary: ESL Teachers needed in Xiamen, China

Job Details: Where will you be teaching?
- Xiamen is a port city on China’s southeast coast, across a strait from Taiwan.
- As one of the major seaports since ancient times,it boasts a wide gulf with deep water but without freezing and silting.

Benefit package:
- Earn 16000 - 20000 RMB per month base salary
- School will provide you 2000 RMB for housing per month
- Contract completion bonus from 3000 - 15000 RMB
- 1500 RMB for new teacher recommendation
- 150 RMB/ hour for overtime hour
- Up to 6000 RMB for quaterly bonus depending on performance
- Round trip flight allowance: up to 12,000 RMB (6000 RMB at the beginning and ending of the contract)
- Paid holidays: up to 29 days/ year
- Mandarin course provided at the school

- Students ranged from 3- 12 years old mainly
- Small class size: 4 - 6 students
- 5 working days/week
- 35 working hours per week (30 Classes + non-teaching hours)

Requirements:
- Come from native English speaking countries
- Bachelor degree is required
- At least a Teaching certificate like TEFL/ TESOL or 2 years of experience in teaching English
