A unique and exciting ongoing opportunity as a Claims Specialist has become available in our growing Supporting Independence team. Your role will be responsible for providing industry leading claims service and support in a face to face capacity. You will work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders such as workers, medical and allied health providers to achieve agreed life goals in a cost-effective manner.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide advice to stakeholders such as workers and providers
Collaborate with internal and external technical and support experts
Assist the worker with the claim process and providing support in the completion of relevant documents to ensure timely access to required services to support life goals
Ensure case management is in accordance with SA legislation and compliance guidelines
ABOUT YOU

Previous claims/personal injury and/or disability management experience, ideally in a face to face capacity
Experience working with personal injury and/or disability legislation including associated regulations and guidelines
High level attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
The ability to negotiate and influence a variety of stakeholders, whilst showing empathy and understanding
An ability to manage and prioritise competing demands
