You will be working for a well established civil contractor based in the inner Western Suburbs with projects all over Melbourne. The company are the leaders in their field. Due to exponential growth and workflow they are looking to bring on 2 more foreman. Great team atmosphere and a mix of interesting projects make this company ideal to work for. They have a low turnover of staff. This is a great time to get into a company that although already leaders in their market and have tripled in size in the last few years, they are only going to get bigger and better.

Your Role:

You will be required to oversee all site activities. You will work on a mix of projects primarily from greenfield. The projects include sport fields, drainage, bulk earthworks, paving and landscaping. You will manage the team on site including all site elements, manage subbies and ensure projects are completed to a high level of quality. Projects up to $10M.

Requirements:

4+ years supervising projects.

Experience with bulk earthworks and drainage.

Preferably experienced on greenfield, brownfield and landscaping projects.

You will receive a competitive salary and package up to $130k + and will work on some well known projects throughout Melbourne. You will also be able to make an impact on shaping this business into the future.
